DRAIN PIPE JOINT AND DRAIN PIPE STRUCTURE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pipe joint which contributes to improved mounting efficiency of a drain pipe facility, and to provide a drain pipe structure using the same. SOLUTION: The drain pipe joint 20 functions to conjoin drainage discharged from drain branch pipes 11 to 15 extending from a plurality of drain fittings 1 to 5, respectively, and to discharge the drainage to a downstream drain main pipe 16. The drain pipe joint 20 has an outflow port at one end thereof, which communicates with the drain main pipe 16, and a cylindrical joint main body 22 having a plurality of branch pipe connection portions 24 formed in a peripheral wall thereof, which are connectable to the drain branch pipes 12 to 15. The joint main body 22 has at least one branch pipe connection portion 24 on each of side surfaces and an upper surface thereof. Further the branch pipe connection portion 24 may be connected to each of the drain branch pipe 12 to 15 via a flexible joint 44 or an elbow (bent joint) 48. Furthermore an upper surface of the joint main body 22 may be a flat surface having a width almost equal to or larger than the diameter of the drain main pipe 16. Furthermore a four-way joint (connection joint) 28 may be interposed between the joint main body 22 and the drain main pipe 16. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
