Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which is excellent in environmental safety and interlayer adhesion, especially improved in water resistance, and excellent in interlayer adhesion after water resistance testing etc., and a method for producing the sheet. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet, at least an ink layer 11 having a solid ink layer 3 and/or a pattern ink layer 4, an adhesive layer 5, and a transparent resin layer 6 are arranged on a substrate 2, and each layer is laminated. At least one of the ink layer 11 and the adhesive layer 5 is formed from a water base coating agent containing an aqueous compound having at least two isocyanate groups in a molecule and an aqueous compound having at least two carbodiimide groups in a molecule. Preferably, the compound having the isocyanate groups and the compound having the carbodiimide groups are self-emulsifiable and has a nonionic, hydrophilic group. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
