BLOOD RETURN METHOD AND DEVICE USING PHYSIOLOGICAL SALT SOLUTION REPLACEMENT SYSTEM FOR BLOOD PURIFICATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood return method and a device using physiological salt solution replacement system, which is efficient, safe, reliable, more inexpensive, and high in general versatility. SOLUTION: This blood purification device and its method comprises an artery side blood circuit 2 provided with an artery side puncture needle 5 at its tip for blood collection and a vein side blood circuit 3 provided with a vein side puncture needle 6 at its tip for blood return, both of whose base end are connected to a dialyzer in use. The artery side blood circuit 2 has a branch area 9 of a replenishing line 10 between a pump tube made of a soft resin for the attachment of a blood pump 4 and the artery side puncture needle 5. A soft bag of physiological salt solution 11 to be used for blood return method using a physiological salt solution replacement system is connected to the branch section 9 via the replenishing line 10.
