Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device capable of efficiently cleaning tokens by an ultraviolet ray emitting system. SOLUTION: The token cleaning device 1 comprises: an outer cylinder 10 which is rotatable in a lateral state by a driving means 3 and where a plurality of ribs 13 are made to project on the inner surface; an inner cylinder 20 which is arranged in parallel inside the outer cylinder and formed with a wall surface where the ultraviolet ray is transmitted; and a columnar ultraviolet ray emitting means 30 which is inserted to the inner cylinder.
