WAVEFORM SHAPING CIRCUIT AND SEMICONDUCTOR INTEGRATED CIRCUIT EQUIPPED WITH IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform shaping circuit which can adjust thresholds in upper and lower symmetrical positions with an intermediate voltage, etc. of an input signal as a reference in the waveform shaping circuit which shapes the input signal into a binary waveform, and outputs it. SOLUTION: The circuit is provided with a comparator which outputs a first voltage or a second voltage according to the comparison result of the input signal and the thresholds, and a threshold creation unit which creates the threshold. The threshold creation unit comprises a reference voltage creation unit which creates the reference voltage. When the output of the comparator is a first voltage, the threshold is switched to a predetermined higher voltage with respect to the reference voltage. When the output of the comparator is a second voltage, the threshold is switched to a predetermined lower voltage with respect to the reference voltage. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
