COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING COMMUNICATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process a connection request while avoiding occurrence of congestion by controlling the amount of communication data generated in a network at an intensive point of servers even if connection requests concentrate on a server from a large number of terminals. SOLUTION: A management unit 105 receives a connection request 401 from a terminal 107 to a server 102 (402), acquires connection set information 422 (407), calculates a network bandwidth required for connection processing from the terminal 107 to the server 102 (412), stores the connection request 401 in a connection request processing queue (413), judges whether connection processing from the terminal 107 to the server 102 is possible or not (416), and notifies a server identification number 417 to the terminal 107.
