Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve magnetic characteristics of a rare earth permanent magnet and to reduce eddy current loss. SOLUTION: A high resistance coat film is formed in the magnetic-particles surface for the rare earth permanent magnet by using coat film formation process liquid for a high resistance having the film thickness of sub μm-nm. Furthermore, the magnet is formed from magnetic particles and the magnetic particles comprise a film containing Mg, La, Ce, Pr or Nd fluoride and Ca, Sr, Ba, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb or Lu fluoride on the surface.
