Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the consumption of print media and reduce the work burden of a clerk by enabling automatic sorting of exchange incoming telegrams, and performing facsimile transmission of an untransferability report to a customer who requests unable transfer processing, facsimile receipt of a return mail to the untransferability report, and correction processing of the request content of the unable transfer processing on an operator terminal. SOLUTION: A relay server 13 sorts exchange incoming telegrams received from other financial institution servers by an accounting host server 14 into exchange incoming telegrams showing untransferability and other exchange incoming telegrams, transmits the exchange incoming telegrams showing untransferability to a centralized center system 20, and transmits the other exchange incoming telegrams to a business office system 10.
