Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operator using a progress management system to easily find that a manager in a management center has confirmed an operation report that the operator sends by email. SOLUTION: When the operator makes an operation report to the management center, the operator's cellphone terminal 10 sends an operation report mail containing an ID specifying an operation to a management center device 20. The management center device 20 displays the operation report from the operator on a progress management screen. Once the manager has confirmed the operation report from the operator, a mail creating part 23 automatically creates a confirmation mail containing the ID and sends the mail to a corresponding cellphone terminal 10. The operator cellphone terminal 10 displays the confirmation mail received from the management center device 20 on a screen and notifies the operator that the operation report has been confirmed. If no operation report is confirmed for more than a certain period of time at the management center device 20, the manager is warned about this on the progress management screen.
