PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data output device for proposing new use configurations such as advertisements to a portable storage medium such as a memory card or an image formation apparatus installed in a store, and for conveniently outputting an image even when data stored in the memory card should be made secret, and for preventing the data of the memory card from being leaked to the outside after its use. SOLUTION: This digital image formation apparatus 1 is configured of an image reading part 2, an image formation part 3, a paper feeding part, an operation part 6 and a memory card processing part 7. When the processing mode of the image formation apparatus 1 is a "disposable memory mode", data are read from a memory card 61 mounted on the memory card processing part 7, and output by an image formation part 3.
