Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal member and a seal member molding method, holding down the cost, and facilitating fitting work to opening parts of both wall surface materials located at a predetermined space. SOLUTION: This seal member includes: a seal member body 2 formed cylindrical extending from an opening 300a of a first plate part 300 toward an opening 200a of a second plate part 200 through the interiors of the openings to form a general skeleton; and two fitting parts 31, 32 for fitting the seal member body 2 to both opening parts 300a, 200a of the first plate part 300 and the second plate part 200, wherein the two fitting parts 31, 32 seal both openings of the plate parts 300, 200. The seal member body 2 and the fitting parts 31, 32 are formed using elastically deformable high polymer material, and the fitting parts 31, 32 are formed using high polymer material having a higher elastically deformable ability than the seal member body 2 outside of the flange part 2a.
