Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the partial flutter of a spacer when air is filled in an operation medium. SOLUTION: In an internal gear device having an internal hollow gear and an external pinion eccentric to the gear mutually meshing at a circumference edge, and having a crescent space formed in a remaining circumference edge area in which there is a filling member for dividing the inside of the crescent space into two different pressure areas in the crescent space, which is divided into to a part abutting on a tooth of the pinion and a part abutting on a tooth of the hollow gear, and whose both parts form a gap limited by a packing, and supported by a stopper; transmission connection is provided in an area of the filling member between a tooth groove of the hollow gear and a tooth groove of the pinion.
