Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guardrail which makes stain hardly adhere to both a flat part 11 of a protrusion and a recess 13 of a beam 1 of the guardrail. SOLUTION: In this stainproof guardrail, the surface of the flat part 11 of the protrusion of the beam 1 of the guardrail exhibits hydrophilicity, and the surface of the recess 13 exhibits water repellency.
