Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission mount structure preventing the entry of a power unit to a vehicular cabin at the time of collision, and suppressing increase of vibrations and noise through a cross member while ensuring the minimum ground clearance. SOLUTION: The cross member 2 is formed in a saddle shape conforming to a floor tunnel 1A, and a transmission T is suspended from the cross member 2 to be supported. A fastening portion 14 to a vehicle body is provided at the uppermost portion of the cross member 2, and slip-off mechanisms 6, 7 admitting slip-off of the cross member 2 from the vehicle body 1 when the transmission T moves backward are provided at the fastening portion 14. Therefore, while uniting stiffness between the cross member 2 and the vehicle body 1 is improved, the cross member 2 is easily slipped off by being pressed by the the transmission T moving backward, thereby reducing an occupant injury value.
