Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the supporting rigidity of a seat even if a cross member cannot be located under a seat fixing section. SOLUTION: This vehicle body lower structure is equipped with a pair of right and left body side frames 2 and 2 which extend longitudinally in the vehicle body, the cross member 4 which bridges the body side frames 2 and 2, and a floor center member 10b which extends longitudinally in the vicinity of the central section in the vehicle width direction, and is connected with the cross member 4. In the vehicle body lower structure, a rear bracket 16 which is a seat reinforcing member is attached so as to be astride the cross member 4 and the floor center member 10b.
