Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic synthesizer in which a reagent in a reaction vessel can be agitated without bringing an agitating bar into contact with the reaction vessel. SOLUTION: The organic synthesizer is provided with an agitating means 14 which is arranged in the position consistent with that of the supported reaction vessel 8 and by which the agitating bar 58 which is housed in the supported reaction vessel together with a sample, is rotated by displacing a magnetic field to agitate the sample in the supported reaction vessel 8. The agitating means 14 has an agitating member 36 formed into a bar-like shape extending vertically. The top end of the agitating member 36 is supported rotatably in the upper part of the reaction vessel 8 and the bottom end thereof is immersed in the reagent in the reaction vessel 8 and is allowed to grasp the agitating bar 58.
