Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body posture-changing unit which allows change of the body posture of a lying person and can be reduced in size. SOLUTION: The unit comprises a bed 11, a plurality of supporting materials 24, and a body posture-changing mechanism 12, wherein the bed 11 can be loaded with the body of a lying person, the supporting materials 24 are set at a spaced interval along the X direction on the bed 11 and positioned to support the different parts such as the shoulder and the waist in the left half body of the lying person; and the body posture-changing mechanism 12 is constructed to move a plurality of the supporting materials 24 so that they may collaborate with each other to slope the lying person.
