SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus includes a receiver 3 for receiving key information for reproducing contents; and a reproduction condition discriminator 201 for discriminating whether or not the key information received by the receiver 3 satisfies a reproduction condition of the contents, and when a result of the discrimination by the reproduction condition discriminator 201 satisfies the reproduction condition of the contents, the contents can be reproduced for a preset time.
