IC CARD COMMAND TRANSFER METHOD, IC CARD INFORMATION SERVICE SYSTEM AND TERMINAL EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce processing loads in a service provider device relating to command transfer to an IC card and to reduce communication errors when transferring a command. SOLUTION: The service provider device 40 transmits a command data group composed of the plurality of commands to terminal equipment 20 altogether, and the terminal equipment 20 transmits command data included in the received command data group to the IC card 10 one by one. The IC card 10 executes processing corresponding to the command data and returns the information of the executed result to the terminal equipment 20 as return information. The terminal equipment 20 receives the return information, verifies whether or not the return information is information meaning an error, and when it is the information meaning an error, transmits a failure notice meaning the failure of the command transfer to the service provider device 40.
