Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device, capable of photographing images near the center of an optical system, while achieving short processing time, even when images of small-sized components are photographed by the use of a long, one-dimensional imaging device that corresponds to simultaneous imaging of a plurality of components. SOLUTION: The imaging device includes a light-receiving element array 121 comprising light-receiving elements arranged in a line; a shift register 122 for receiving electric charges produced by each light-receiving element and for outputting the received electric charges to two areas separately; a shift gate 123 for permitting or inhibiting the electric charge produced by each light-receiving element to be transferred to the shift register 122 for each area; an optical system 125 disposed between the light-receiving element array and the subject of image pickup; three light-blocking plates for blocking light at each end of the light-receiving element array 121 and at a portion, corresponding to the vicinity of the boundary between the areas of the shift register; and a light-blocking means 130, having a drive means for driving at least either of the three light-blocking plates in the longitudinal direction of the light-receiving element array 121 so as to continuously vary the range of light blocking.
