Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a panel for information display in which an electrostatic charge distribution of a display medium can be made uniform and two kinds of display media can precisely be mounted even when the two kinds of display media different in polarity from each other are mounted on the substrate in order. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for the panel for information display that has the display medium charged between two substrates one of which is transparent and moves the display medium by applying an electric field to the display medium to display information of an image etc., the display medium is electrostatically discharged after being mounted on the substrate 1.
