Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a panel for information display that can prevent a display medium from sticking on a discharge hole to form a sticking lump, and has a uniform charging amount of display medium and excellent display quality, and a nozzle used therefor. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the manufacturing method for the panel for information display which displays information of an image etc., by charging the display medium between two substrates at least one of which is transparent and applying an electric field to the display medium to move the display medium. When the display medium 3 is discharged from a discharge part 12 and deposited on the substrate 1, an electrostatic discharging device 14 is arranged at a discharge part to adjust the charging quantity of the display medium by the electrostatic discharging device.
