Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shim for the blade of a turbo machine, avoiding conventional problems. SOLUTION: The shim 20 for the blade 14 of the turbo machine has two branch portions 21A, 21B adequate for covering a base 16 of the blade around its flank, and two tabs 22 extending from one end of each of the two branch portions. The tabs 22 are bent facing each other and connected to each other in such a manner that the tabs are not opened. Advantageously, the shim 20 includes a connection portion 24 for connecting the tabs 22 to each other in such a manner that the tabs 22 are not opened. The connection portion 24 is assembled on the tabs 22 so that the branch portions 21A, 21B of the shim can be opened and separated from each other.
