Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold rolling oil for steel plate that contributes to reduction of the power consumption in the cold rolling operation, increase of the surface cleanliness, decrease of the basic unit of rolling oil and stability of the operation. SOLUTION: The base oil comprising mineral oil and one or two or more kinds of animal and plant oils and synthetic esters are combined with 0.1 to 10 wt.% of α-olefin-maleic anhydride copolymer partial ester (molecular weight, 10,000 to 50,000) to produce the cold rolling oil for a steel plate, wherein the α-olefin-maleic anhydride copolymer is esterified with alkyl- allyl- or arylalkylene glycol.
