INFORMATION DISPLAY DEVICE FOR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve both of visibility and operability by using two information display means in combination for displaying information on a screen, to more variedly utilize the two information display means by changing information contents, displayed by the respective display means according to the situation. SOLUTION: An information display device for a vehicle comprises a first monitor D1 having a first screen G1 disposed on a position at which a driver M driving the vehicle can view the first screen from the foreground by relatively small movement of a sight line; a second monitor D2 having a second screen G2 disposed on a side closer to the driver than the first screen; an operation detecting means Pd for detecting the operation of the operation information on the second screen by an occupant; a display control part 31 for controlling a display state of the information on the first screen based on a manipulate signal; an assist control part 36 for performing display of information relevant to the second screen on the first screen and/or display of information relevant to the first screen on the second screen according to a vehicle traveling state.
