LED DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED display wherein the shape of its image displaying surface is small, and its highly precise and fine image can be realized. SOLUTION: The interlayer continuity structure of the LED display is formed out of column-form conductors 12 wherein conductive materials are filled into laser vias bored in insulating base materials 10. On the top surface 10a of a multilayer circuit substrate A of the LED display, pads 13 each of which comprises two pads 13a, 13b connected with the column-form conductors 12 are arranged in the form of a matrix. The LED display has picture-element dots B each of which comprises an LED element 14 mounted on the one pad 13a of the pad 13, a connective means 15 for connecting electrically the other pad 13b of the pad 13 with the LED element 14, and a resin seal 16 for sealing the pad 13, the connective means 15, and the LED element 14.
