TICKET TRANSACTION COMMUNICATION TERMINAL, TICKET ISSUING SERVER, AND TICKET ISSUING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket transaction communication terminal, a ticket issuing server, and a ticket issuing system, in which soundness of transaction in distribution of electronic tickets can be secured. SOLUTION: In the ticket issuing system 1, at the time of issuing an electronic ticket, a permission condition including an assignment upper limit price in assignment of the electronic ticket is transmitted to the ticket transaction communication terminal 20. Only when acceptance/non-acceptance information showing acceptance of the permission condition is received from the communication terminal 20, issuing of the electronic ticket is permitted. In the communication terminal 20, only when an assignment price in assignment of the electronic ticket to a communication terminal 30 of an assignment destination does not exceed the assignment upper limit price, assignment of the electronic ticket to the communication terminal 30 is permitted. Accordingly, transaction of the electronic ticket at an unreasonably high price can be suppressed, and the soundness of ticket transaction in distribution of electronic tickets can be secured.
