SOLUTION: A memory write control processing part 36 alternately uses two moving image line data storage areas 42, 43 in the memory 37 as writing places of an moving image line data. A memory read control processing part 38 reads pixel data from the head of a static image data directly up to the front of an moving image display area to output the data, then reading the moving image line data having been written in either of the moving image line data storage areas and pixel data between the moving image line data of the the static image data and the next moving image line data to output them while the moving image line data is supplied to the memory write control processing part 36, and after that, reading the pixel data directly behind the moving image display area of the static image data up to the end to output the data.
