LIGHT RECEIVING ELEMENT, AND SENSOR AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE HAVING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light receiving element capable of improving the S/N ratio of position output and simplifying the manufacturing process; and also to provide a sensor and electronic device having it. SOLUTION: The light receiving element comprises: a plurality of light receiving cells PD that are arranged in a matrix shape, each of which converts incoming light to an electrical signal, and that have an anode electrode and polar cathode electrode 8 having different polarization; output terminals 4-7; resistor sections 3a-3d having a plurality of resistors whose one-side ends are connected to the first column and final column of the matrix 100 of the light receiving cells PD and the anode electrodes of the light receiving cells PD corresponding to the first row and final row, and the-other-side ends are connected to the output terminals 4-7; and a resistor section 3e including a plurality of resistors for interconnecting the anode electrodes of adjacent light receiving cells PD in the matrix 100.
