Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-water towing method for a pipe capable of safely and efficiently towing a large amount of pipes at a time at low cost. SOLUTION: Arrangement of the towed pipes is changed, the adjacent pipes are connected by a connection unit to prepare a block and the adjacent blocks are connected by a spring to disperse power of a billow. A towing vessel is placed at a leading position of a front row, left and right side gunwales of the towing vessel are connected to the side block by a spring and a stern of the towing vessel is connected to the rear block by a spring.
