HOT PRESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot press with which marks are adhered rapidly and surely to a material to be heated and pressed. SOLUTION: The marks 80A, 80B are placed on clothing 82 and these are held between upper and lower silicone rubber heaters 74, 94 and heated. The hot melt adhesives of the marks 80A, 80B are heated from the sided of both surfaces, melted quickly (a half time as compared with heating from one side) and permeates and entangles around the fibers of the partner. After that, when the upper and lower silicone rubber heater 74 is upward moved, the clothing 82 is pushed up with a slide guide 96 energized with a compression spring 102 and separated from the underside silicone rubber heater 94. The clothing 82 and the marks 80A, 80B are rapidly cooled by outdoor air by being separated from both silicone rubber heaters and the adhesive is solidified. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
