LIGATOR FOR MEDICAL USE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ligator for medical use, which is capable of bonding a biological tissue with a ligating member. SOLUTION: The ligator for medical use includes: a ligating wire 18 as the ligating member which composed of flexible wire materials and ligating the biological tissue by engagement with the biological tissue; and a fixing member 40 which is provided in the ligating wire 18 so as to be freely projectable/retractable and fixes the biological tissue in a ligated state. The fixing member 40 includes: a first member 41 as a cylindrical internal member; and a second member 42 as a cylindrical external member for inserting the first member 41 therein. A pressure insertion part 44 is formed respectively in at least a part of the outer surface of the first member 41 and the inner surface of the second member 42, as an engagement part for holding and fixing the ligating wire 18.
