WIRELESS COMMUNICATION TERMINAL WITH EMERGENCY CALL CONNECTION FUNCTION USING HAND-OFF AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication terminal with an emergency call connection function using a hand-off for rasing success rate of call transmission of emergency call and its method. SOLUTION: The wireless communication terminal comprises a wireless transmitting/receiving means for transmitting/receiving a message to/from an external equipment, a storage unit for storing a network information table, an input unit for inputting a request signal related to transmission of emergency call, and a control unit for transmitting a channel allocation request message to a first base station in response to a signal related to transmission of emergency call input from the input unit, and consequently controlling each constituent element so as to allocate a call channel by transmitting a channel allocation request message to a second base station searched from the network information table when receiving a network load report message.
