Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting diode device which can prevent and reduce a deformation such as a bent or the like of a substrate or resin layer, and also, can increase an amount of heat radiation. SOLUTION: The light emitting diode device comprises a substrate 2 which has a substrate having a front face 2a arranged with a light emitting diode chip and a rear face formed with a step, and a slit 6 provided between the substrates; a resin layer which is formed on a face of the substrate with a plurality of recesses 11 having a light emitting opening which has an inner face having a reflection operation, and also, covers the step of the rear face of the substrate through the slit; and a light emitting diode light emitter 13 which has a conductive layer arranged in the substrate opposing to the light emitting opening, and the light emitting diode chip arranged in the recess and electrically connected to the conductive layer.
