Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a peripheral end part of an MEA of a fuel cell for power generation. SOLUTION: The fuel cell 10 is equipped with an MEA 20 (Membrane-Electrode Assembly), resin frames 30 (30A, 30B) arranged on the front and back sides of the MEA 20 and nipping and fixing the peripheral end part of the MEA 20, and metal separators 40 (40A, 40B) arranged on the front and back sides of the MEA 20 nipped and fixed by the resin frames 30, coming into contact with the MEA 20, and forming a current-collecting part 48 for collecting electric power from the MEA 20, the resin frames 30 nips and fixes a part of the peripheral part of the MEA 20, and the metal separators 40 forms a current-collecting part 50 in the other peripheral end part of the MEA, not nipped by the resin frames 30.
