Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skew correction method between data sampling channels by hardly deteriorating signal quality of a signal to be measured. SOLUTION: A reference clock is transmitted from a sampling control part 30 to an optical detection board 23, and the optical detection board 23 returns it as a loop-back clock. The sampling control part 30 generates a sampling clock and a clock for controlling data storing memory 40 controlling phases on the basis of a phase difference of both the clocks to transmit the sampling clock to the optical detection board 23. An optical detection board 23 part performs data sampling thereby to transmit sampling data to the sampling control part 30. A memory controller 39 of the sampling control part 30 stores the received sampling data to a data storing memory 40 by timing making a reference of the clock for controlling the data storing memory 40.
