SOLUTION: The cooling device is provided with an air temperature sensor 4 and a commodity temperature sensor 5, output of the air temperature sensor 4 is judged by a microcomputer 3, control of starting and stopping a compressor 8 is carried out for carrying out temperature control of the cooling device, and output of the commodity temperature sensor 5 is judged by the microcomputer to generate an alarm signal 9.
