Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a precast concrete body easily economically while maintaining the force transmitting performance of a metal cylinder for mounting the other article and a concrete columnar body. SOLUTION: The metal cylinder 3 for mounting the other article around the whole periphery of the concrete columnar body 2 is integrally formed with the concrete columnar body 2 at a part of the concrete columnar body 2 in the longitudinal direction thereof in the precast concrete body. A through hole 3A which penetrates the metal cylinder 3 in a thickness direction is formed at the metal cylinder 3, and a part of the concrete columnar body 2 is fitted in the through hole 3A.
