POLYPROPYLENE-BASED RESIN COMPOSITION AND FILM OR SHEET CONSISTING OF THE COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene-based resin composition excellent in the balance of transparency and flexibility even after heat treatment, and to provide a film or sheet consisting of the composition. SOLUTION: The polypropylene-based resin composition incorporates 0.0001-5 pts.wt. of a nucleating agent in 100 pts.wt. of a polypropylene-based resin composition containing 50-95 pts.wt. of a crystalline propylene-based block copolymer satisfying the following (a1) and (a2) and 50-5 pts.wt. of an amorphous olefinic polymer satisfying the following (b1). The film or sheet consisting of the composition is also provided. Herein, (a1): the 20°C xylene solubles are contained in ≥5 wt.%; (a2): the temperature of the largest crystal melting peak of the 20°C xylene insolubles, observed in the range of -100°C to 200°C by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), is 130-155°C; and (b1): both the crystal melting peak whose crystal melting caloric value is ≥1 J/g and the crystallization peak whose crystallization caloric value is ≥1 J/g are not observed in the range of -100°C to 200°C by DSC.
