HORIZONTAL PULLING DEVICE OF TRACK/ROAD WORKING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal pulling device of a track/road working machine for emergency escape, capable of promptly carrying out emergency escape with less labor to the outside of a rail for the track/road working machine due to engine stop, troubles of a power unit and the like on the spot. SOLUTION: A bracket supporting portion 20 is fixed to an outer surface of an arm portion 10a of a vertical moving arm 10. The bracket supporting portion 20 is provided with first and second supporting portions 23, 24, and the supporting portion 23, 24 are respectively provided with pin holes 25, 26. A bracket 16 attached with a horizontal pulling wheel 17 makes a first opposing portion 28 of the bracket 16 oppose to the first supporting portion 23 of the bracket supporting portion 20 at a raising position, and a fixing pin 21 is inserted in the pin holes 25, 30 provided on those to fix the bracket 16. At a lowering position of the bracket 16, a second opposing portion 29 of the bracket is made to opposite to the second supporting portion 24 of the bracket supporting portion 20, and the fixing pin 21 is inserted in the pin holes 26, 31 to fix the bracket 16.
