Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a microorganism having resistance to alkali without elucidating or genetically introducing a gene having resistance to alkali into a microorganism having no resistance to alkali or by introducing mutation into the microorganism having no resistance to alkali. SOLUTION: Mutation is introduced into an organism by using a method and a system for rapidly imparting a desired character to the organism and the organism is cultured in the presence of a desired alkalinity to prepare the organism, preferably microorganism having resistance to the alkali.
