Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image editing device, a photo seal preparing device, an image editing method and an image editing program, capable of neatly inputting the patterns of pattern images. SOLUTION: When a touch pen 20 touches an editing area 202, a CPU 103b specifies the coordinates (x, y) of a pen tip area X indicated by the touch pen 20 and reads the RGB value of an area data image on the specified coordinates. Then, an area of the same RGB value as the read RGB value is specified as a plotting area Z, and whether or not corresponding patterns are plotted in the specified area Z is judged.
