MESSAGE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND MESSAGE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message information management system that can easily manage message information acquired by each user using a predetermined area. SOLUTION: The message information management system comprises a management apparatus for managing message information acquired by a user using a predetermined area, and a portable terminal device connectable to the management apparatus via a network. The portable terminal device has a reading means for reading unique identification information identifying the message information from a medium attached to a predetermined area on a display medium installed in the predetermined area, and a sending means for sending the identification information and user information unique to the portable terminal device to the management apparatus. The management apparatus has a storage means for associating and storing the acquired message information and the user information about the user who owns the portable terminal device that has read the identification information.
