IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS AND PROCESS CARTRIDGE MOUNTED ON THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and a process cartridge which allow an image of high quality to be formed while preventing toner scattering even when replacing an image carrier of which the durable lifetime has come to an end. SOLUTION: With respect to the image forming apparatus A including developer agitating means 1g and 1h, a developer carrier 1e, a toner carrier 1d, and an image carrier 1a, the image carrier 1a and the toner carrier 1d are integrally stored as a process cartridge 6, and the developer carrier 1e and the developer agitating means 1g and 1h are stored in a storage part 1q, and the process cartridge 6 is attachable to and detachable from an image forming apparatus main body and is linked with the storage part 1q when being attached to the image forming apparatus main body.
