Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an oscillation circuit which widely deals with characteristic variations in oscillators and is excellent in stability, and to provide a precise angular velocity sensor employing the oscillation circuit. SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit comprises a crystal oscillator 2 having drive electrodes 3, 4, a current-to-voltage converting circuit 7 for converting output current of the drive electrodes of the crystal oscillator 2 into an AC voltage, a variable gain amplifier 10 for amplifying an AC signal output from the current-to-voltage converting circuit 7, a fixed gain amplifier 11 for amplifying the AC signal output from the current-to-voltage converting circuit 7, and an AGC circuit 9 for controlling the output current of the crystal oscillator so as to be constant. The fixed gain amplifier 11 is equipped with a switch circuit for switching at least two gains. The stable oscillation circuit is thereby realized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
