Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission treatment device and an exhaust emission treatment method of low cost and capable of being mounted on a ship or the like, and efficiently removing hazardous material such as PM in high temperature exhaust gas. SOLUTION: This device includes an exhaust gas intake port 2a selectively taking exhaust gas generated from at least one or plural exhaust gas generating sources, a dust collecting device 2 removing hazardous material in exhaust gas, and a discharge means 2b discharging exhaust gas from which hazardous material is removed.
