Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise leaking to the outside from an opening part of a transmission case in a transmission provided with an opening part for sucking or exhausting cooling air in the transmission case storing a belt type gear shift mechanism and supported on a vehicle body frame so as to swing. SOLUTION: A case cover 103 having an external opening port 113 and a communicating passage 114 communicating with the external opening port 113 is attached to the transmission case 71 by covering the opening part 99 while communicating the communicating passage 114 with the opening part 99. A resonator chamber 123 arranged around the opening part 99 and communicating with the opening part 99 is formed between the transmission case 71 and the case cover 103, and sealing members 104, 112 for sealing the outer periphery of the resonator chamber 123 are nipped and held.
