Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating/ventilating structure of a highly airtight and highly heat-insulated house or the like having excellent durability and attaining energy saving by performing radiation heating and ventilation of the whole building efficiently at a low cost. SOLUTION: Air rid of dust by an internal filter through an external wall/underfloor intake port P1 of exhaust gas from a vehicle and dusty and cold outside air is heated by heat storage concrete 14 and reduced in exhaust gas from the vehicle by charcoal paint which coats the surface of the heat storage concrete 14, to obtain clean warm air, which warms an underfloor space 11, a ventilating space 20a around a living section, a ventilating space 21a around a living section, and an attic space 30. The air consumed by residents is exhausted outdoors through a wall surface/indoor exhaust port P2, and the clean warm air enters from a ventilating space/indoor intake port 21b and warms air in the living section 21.
