Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor humidity conditioning structure of a building, which performs effective humidity conditioning of an underfloor space that is constructed by placing moisture-proof concrete on the underfloor ground surface in a foundation of the building, and arranging a heat insulation layer on a first-story floor defining an upper end of the underfloor space, even if external air at high temperatures and containing much moisture therein flows in the underfloor space via a ventilating hole formed in an external peripheral portion of the continuous footing, to thereby eliminate condensation in the underfloor space. SOLUTION: The underfloor humidity conditioning structure carries out ventilation of the first-story underfloor space 8 which is constructed by placing the moisture-proof concrete 2 on the underfloor ground surface 1 in the foundation of the building, and arranging the heat insulation layer formed of a heat insulation material 4 on the first-story floor 3 defining the upper end of the underfloor space. The ventilation is carried out by flowing in/out external air via the ventilating hole 10 formed in the external peripheral portion of the mat foundation 9.
