SOLUTION: The number of aseismic structures to be arranged between a first aseismic structure and a second aseismic structure can be made less, and a plurality of base isolating units 2A, 2B are arranged between an upper story side building Fu and a lower story side building Fd. When an earthquake occurs, the upper story side building Fu and the lower story side building Fd are constituted to be relatively displaceable. At least a part 33 of an elevator shaft 3u of the upper story side building Fu is formed of an aseismic structure member, and structure members arranged at a part other than the elevator shaft 3u can be made less.
